How staffing assignments work
Needs review
We review the position, location, start date, duration, shifts and required credentials.
Qualification check
Candidates are evaluated on relevant experience, credentials, project requirements and availability.
Candidates proposed
You review the proposed professional(s). Work is set up under a subcontract, purchase order or consulting agreement.
Onboarding
We coordinate mobilization, site orientation and onboarding, then stay engaged on performance and coverage changes.
How qualifications are evaluated
Every assignment starts with the requirements in your contract or owner safety program. We verify that proposed personnel meet them before they are presented.
- Certifications such as CHST, CSP, ASP or SMS, where required
- OSHA 30 and OSHA 510, or other required outreach and standards training
- EM 385-1-1 training and experience for SSHO positions
- Relevant industry experience — data center, industrial, refinery, infrastructure or commercial
- Years of experience and the level of responsibility the role requires
- Site requirements such as TWIC, First Aid/CPR or drug and background screening
Staffing FAQ
How much lead time do you need?
As much as possible. Lead time depends on the position, location, required credentials and schedule. Short-notice requests are reviewed case by case, and we will tell you plainly whether we can meet the date.
Can you meet project-specific qualification requirements?
Yes, when qualified personnel are available. Share the contract or owner safety program requirements up front — certifications, OSHA training, EM 385-1-1, site access requirements — and we propose only candidates who meet them.
Where do you provide personnel?
We are based in Houston, Texas and support projects in Texas and at project locations across the United States. Availability for any specific location is confirmed when we review your request.
How do I request personnel?
Submit the request form with the position, location, start date, duration, shift schedule, number of professionals and required credentials. You can also email scopes or bid documents to [email protected].
How are assignments contracted?
Company-to-company, through a subcontract, purchase order or consulting agreement, with rates agreed per project.
